ECORBIT (hereinafter “the company”) establishes the following personal information processing guidelines to protect users’ personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the “Personal Information Protection Act” and to promptly and smoothly process related grievances.
The company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information is not used for any purpose other than those specified below. Any changes to the purposes of use, such as obtaining additional consent, will be reflected by the measures required in accordance with Article 18 of the “Personal Information Protection Act”.

- ④ The right to inspect and suspend the processing of personal information may be limited under Article 35 (4) or Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- ⑤ The user cannot request correction or deletion of personal information if the relevant personal information is subject to collection under any statute
- ⑥ The company will verify whether the person requesting to inspect, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of personal information is the personal information subject or a legitimate representative.
