ECORBIT Water donates 10 million won to help flood victims caused by heavy summer rain in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do

ECORBIT Water announced on the 5th that donated 10 million won in flood relief funds to victims in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongbuk, who suffered damage due to heavy rain in the summer of 2023.

 

ECORBIT Water is the No. 1 company in the public sewage treatment private consignment market (based on treatment volume) and has been consigned and operating various public water treatment facilities in the region, including the Andong River Sewage Office in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, for two years since 2021.

 

The donation delivery ceremony was held at the Bonghwa-gun Office on the 5th and was attended by ECORBIT Water CEO Kim In-seok and Bonghwa-gun Governor Park Hyeong-guk.

 

Donations for flood victims will be used to restore facilities damaged by heavy rain and provide support to flood victims.

 

Kim In-seok, CEO of ECORBIT Water, said, “We hope that this will be of help to the residents of Bonghwa-gun, who have suffered severe damage to farms and farmlands that were flooded by torrential rain, in recovering from flood damage and providing goods to victims. “I hope that residents will quickly return to their peaceful daily lives without further damage,” he said.

 

Meanwhile, ECORBIT Water is a water treatment subsidiary of ECORBIT, a comprehensive environmental company, and is consigned to operating about 750 basic environmental facility facilities across the country, including the Andong River Sewage Office in the region.
