ECORBIT is a merger between TSK Corporation and Eco Solution Group, which have accumulated a long history in the domestic environmental industry. TSK Corporation and TY Holdings (363280), an existing shareholder of the Eco Solution Group, and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), a global management participation type private equity fund (PEF) manager, each acquired a 50% stake. The new mission, ECORBIT, is scheduled to be formalized through an extraordinary general meeting on the 12th.
